We’re grateful to share that customers rated their overall satisfaction with Stream.Security at 96.3%.
At Stream.Security, we believe great technology is only meaningful when it truly works for the people who rely on it. That’s why customer feedback is one of the most important inputs to how we improve – not just our platform, but also the way we support, engage, and grow alongside our users.
To better understand how we’re doing, we recently ran a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey across hundreds of Stream end users. Our goal was simple: listen closely, identify what’s working well, and uncover where we can do better.
We’re grateful to share that customers rated their overall satisfaction with Stream.Security at 96.3%.
For context, industry benchmarks suggest that SaaS companies typically average somewhere between 75%-85%, with strong performers landing between 85%-90%.
This result tells us we’re on the right track, but more importantly, it reflects the trust and openness our customers show by sharing their experiences with us.
The survey was designed to give us insight into how customers experience:
We included a mix of rating-scale questions, multiple choice, and open-ended prompts to give users space to share what really matters to them.
One of the most consistent pieces of feedback was how much customers value quick, thoughtful support:
“Quick response times from customer support and I enjoy the willingness to jump on a call quickly to resolve matters.”
“Speed, responsiveness, great attitude.”
We know issues don’t wait, and we’re committed to being there when it counts.
We also heard appreciation for our team’s approach:
“The customer success managers truly care about their clients…”
“The tool is very clearly designed to meet goals and compliance requirements.”
Stream’s customer success and technical support teams know what it means to be customer obsessed. Product is only a part of the customer experience, and we always aim to ensure our customers are set up for long-term success.
So, why does this feedback matter so much to us?
Because it validates our approach: tailored cloud security, built on a strong technological foundation, and enhanced by people who care.
Stream.Security is a real-time cloud detection and response (CDR) platform designed to adapt to your environment - not force you into ours.

Stream supports AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments, with dozens of integrations with leading security tools.
This is security designed to put customers and their goals at the forefront, so that they can tailor a best of breed approach for the cloud without vendor lock-in.
We’ll continue running this survey on a quarterly basis to keep ourselves accountable and aligned with what matters most to our users.
Your input helps shape how we build, support, and improve. And while we’re encouraged by the feedback, we’re even more focused on using it to deliver better experiences going forward.
To everyone who participated - thank you. We’re listening, and we’re here to keep growing with you.
